While we endeavor to keep all the information on this website up to date and accurate please contact us for
current prices or individual quotes.
General
A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at least 5 working days in advance of pre-production or filming.
Mighty Media Productions will treat all confidential information with discretion, and this will not be passed out with Mighty Media Productions unless required by law. We will be happy to adhere to any Confidentiality Agreement
required by the client for sensitive data.
Quotes are valid for one calendar month, unless requested otherwise by the client on initial contact. Once the
deposit is paid the client has a maximum of 3 calendar months to set filming dates. The client will be sent regular
reminders in order to confirm a date for filming the video.
Payment of the deposit indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions as stated on this site, and as such a legal contract between Mighty Media Productions and the client, confirming that both parties will work together
to complete the project successfully in a timely manner.
Mighty Media Productions works on a standard daily rate, regardless of how many hours are spent working on the project. Each day filming or recording voice-overs counts as a full day and will be charged as such.
Upon completion of filming the client has one calendar month to complete the video, otherwise additional charges will be applicable. An initial draft edit will be created as per the original brief. At this point, a digital copy of the
footage will be provided for your approval of the edit. If further editing is required and the footage is available there will be no additional charge subject to a maximum of 2 revisions (3 drafts total).
Once filming is complete you have 14 days to arrange a re-shoot. Dates for re-shoots will be negotiated depending on our availability. The standard rate for filming will be applicable for any additional footage required.
Once editing is complete on a video and approved by the client, we will send you a balance invoice which must be paid within 5 working days. Only once payment is received and clear will we release the video to you.
Payment of the balance invoice will be regarded as approval of the final product, and after this point Mighty Media Productions cannot be held liable for any errors or any changes required. After the final balance has been paid, all original footage will be deleted unless otherwise negotiated, and no further edits can occur without additional
filming. If you require copies of your video to be stored a fee will be arranged prior to filming.
We endeavor at all times to produce a video to your specifications as closely as possible. To facilitate this, we will
liaise closely with you in advance of filming, and will expect you to make any specific requirements clear at this
stage. Any deadlines should be mentioned in advance, and will be upheld by Mighty Media Productions on the
agreement that the client makes themselves reasonably available for filming and approval of the final video.
Mighty Media Productions is under no liability for a failure to carry out services due to situations beyond our
control, such as (but not limited to) Acts of God, fire, flood, war, failure of power supply or other similar matters.
The client will be informed and can at that stage elect to discontinue services and pay for the work done and
materials used up to that point.

Web Hosting
Mighty Media Productions advises that no guarantees can be made as to the availability or interruption of this service by Mighty Media Productions cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of this service, or for loss of turnover, sales, revenue, profits or indirect, consequential or special loss.
Mighty Media Productions reserve the right to refuse to handle in any way, material which may be deemed offensive, illegal or in any way controversial, and also to terminate any web hosting service we provide for clients should the necessity arise.
Your Privacy
We do not share or sell any of your details with third party companies, without your express permission and we will only email you or contact you about work related matters.
Payment of Accounts
A deposit is required from any new client before any work is carried out. It is the Mighty Media Productions policy that any outstanding accounts for work carried out by Mighty Media Productions or its affiliates are required to be paid in full, no later than 30 days from the date of the invoice unless by prior arrangement with us.
Once a deposit is paid and work completed you are obliged to pay the balance of payment in full. We may contact clients via email and / or telephone to remind them of such payments if they are not received when due.
If accounts are not settled or Mighty Media Productions have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to the related project may be denied and web pages/applications/media may be removed, we will then pass such cases to the Small Claims Court to pursue payment, non payment can result in county court judgments (ccj’s) being added to the clients credit rating.
Following consistent non payment of an invoice our Solicitors will contact the client in question, with a view to taking the matter further and if need be to seek payment through legal procedures, and if necessary court summons.
Suspensions
Mighty Media Productions reserves the right to suspend any service due to non payment at any time.
If web pages/applications/media is suspended and client can not use service, client is still obliged to pay for the time without service.
Client may lift a suspension on their service by paying any outstanding payments in full
VHS to DVD
Mighty Media Productions takes no responsibility if your VHS becomes faulty while being transferred.
If client’s tape is faulty and can not be transferred to DVD, client will still be charged.
Copyright
Copyright of the final video is maintained by Mighty Media Productions. Upon final payment, the client is issued a
license to use the video as they wish, however the client is able to purchase the copyright at a further charge.
If client does purchase the copyright, Mighty Media Productions maintains the right to use footage from the final
edit of each video on its website and as a promotional tool.
Discount / Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
If the order/item(s) exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by paypal or cash.
Please note that some products available for sale may be exempt from use of the gift voucher. It will be clearly
marked on the website if this is the case.
One or more gift vouchers can be redeemed against an order.
Mighty Media Productions is not responsible if a gift certificate or a gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used
without permission.
Vouchers are issued on the understanding that the purchaser has read and understood the terms and conditions
that may relate to a specific product(s).
All gift vouchers will be signed and a serial number allocated.
Original gift vouchers can only be accepted; copies of gift voucher(s) will not be accepted.
Mighty Media Productions holds the right to refuse any gift voucher if suspected to be fraudulent. ALL attempts or suspected attempts to defraud Mighty Media Productions will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Cancellations
Mighty Media Productions requires 24 hours notice for cancelled shoots and your deposit will NOT be refunded.
In the event of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, full payment and travel expenses will still be required.
DVD returns / Replacements
In the unlikely event that your disk is faulty, Mighty Media Productions will offer an exchange within the 1st 30 days. No refunds are accepted.
